We recommend that you fill out the paperwork you can download on our website to save time at your first visit. It will take about 45 minutes if you bring in these forms with you completed.

Your First Appointment
At your initial visit, you’ll meet with Dr. Brian to have a consultation and examination. This process includes discussing your history, as well as doing
- Orthopedic testing
- Posture analysis
- Range of motion testing
- Chiropractic testing
- Nervous system scans
- X-rays
The new patient appointment is with our team doctor, Dr. Brian. Dr. Nick does the follow up to talk about the next steps of care. There will not be an adjustment on the first visit.
Your Second Appointment
Your follow-up visit will be with Dr. Nick. Together, you’ll go through the data from your examination. You’ll learn about the cause of your problems and the game plan moving forward. This visit includes going over your finances and insurance before you make a decision about whether you’d like to have your first chiropractic adjustment.
Payment Information
We are providers with some insurances. Most of our patients do not have insurance coverage, but we find ways to work with them. We can do monthly or one-time payments. These payments can also be stretched out over time to help with affordability.
