I found Dr. Barnes from listening to his radio show. Week after week, he made so much sense that I decided to send my husband who was having pain in his shoulder and numbness in his hands. My husband had always thought Chiropractic was a sham and that it didn’t work. He took my word for it and the after the very first visit felt so much better! He is now a believer. HFW has been a Godsend to me. After 70 years of poor posture and numerous health ailments I am pain free! I had tried chiropractic (40!) years ago, a couple of times, but they TOOK NO Xrays, and you just walked in, lay down on the table and started snap, crackle and popping. Ouch. No thank you. I had three friends referred me to HFW and I was blown away the first visit, with a 30 minute evaluation. Next visit Xrays, imagine that! I had NO idea I had scoliosis! I came here for pain from injuries during a serious fall while hiking. I committed to 3 months of treatments 3xs a week, to see if they could actually alleviate some pain. This included driving from St. Peters to Rock Hill while gas prices were $4 a gallon. I am now pain free and my spine shows no scoliosis. I have lost weight and an inch off my waist, plus my breathing has improved! Dr. Nick has an amazing system for whole body health. I actually enjoy doing my exercises every day and I am still committed to weekly adjustments and following the 5 Health Essentials. With three top notch, caring doctors and a front desk staff who go out of their way to assist you with anything you need, I guarantee HFW will assist you in restoring your health.
